All cancelations are subject to the owner's discretion. Each order is hand-made individually, by Sweets By Georgia  & details agreed on invoice.

All orders require full/final payment ONE WEEK prior to collection/delivery date unless otherwise arranged. Payment must be made by the due to on your invoice or we may cancel you're booking with any deposits/part payments being non-refundable.

Sweets By Georgia will issue NO REFUND if an order is canceled after invoice/order has been PAID. 

The reasoning behind this policies is we order ingredients & create parts of each order/product in advance, in addition to labour that has already been expended in the preparation of any custom/online order. 

Our bookings fill quickly unfortunately we cannot hold bookings for more then 48 hours NO DEPOSIT NO BOOKING

Once a product has been collected from Sweets By Georgia HQ, customers accept all responsibility for the transport of the order to their location/venue. We CANNOT give REFUNDS if there is mishap during transportation once the product has left Sweets By Georgia HQ/has been handing over to the customer. We are happy to always advise our customers as to the best way to transport their products, however it is the customers responsibility to take extreme care when transporting their order.

Once an order has been collected by the customer or a designated party & removed from Sweets By Georgia HQ, it is considered "Accepted". Refunds requested due to decorating style, colour shade or general decorating design afterwards, will NOT BE HONOURED. If you are unhappy with any of these factors upon collection, we can re-ice the cake, subject to our discretion or provide a refund on the basis that Sweets By Georgia then retains the order.

Refunds requested due to quailury of flavour will only be determined at the discretion of our staff, & based upon the returned cake. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund on a cake that has been consumed. Sweets By Georgia will not provide refunds for late pick ups, or no shows. A pick up time is arranged up booking/ordering.

In any such event as a natural disaster, pandemic or large scale situation beyond our control, refunds will not be provided fro any deposits, part or full payments. 

We only give refunds in accordance with refund policies stated above & within 5 business days. All refund are given as a store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS.
